Poor Salary and Team Structure

Pros

The work environment is flexible

Cons

Poor team structure The position is not defined because you may think your job is just to provide solutions, but there is more to it. You will be asked to do filtration studies and even TFF studies and also provide end-to-end solutions to customers. It's just too much. Sometimes, you don't know if you are working as a field application specialist (FAS). My salary doesn't merit it and this was demotivating.

Dear former colleague, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand from your comments that you felt the scope of your role was not clearly defined. We strive to maintain clear job descriptions and ensure that all our team members have a solid understanding of their responsibilities. However, we recognize that there may be times when team members are asked to take on additional tasks to meet the needs of our customers and the business. This should not lead to feelings of being overburdened or undervalued. Our employees can always discuss their topics with their manager and HR to find solutions. We wish you all the best for your next step. Best regards Corporate Communications

Pros

The German Technology brings Attention

Cons

The Bio-Proccessing devision in the US is not organized, the training was poor and the technical support is almost zero. The technical documentation is misleading and it seems that the Headquarters in Germany doesn't want to provide data in information to their US distributor. You will end up in a clean room with no cellphone, no internet access, and no accurate documentation, basically you are on your own to resolve the problems, and considering almost zero training was provided to you, life would be measurable! You gotta join the management political games! And if you don't like it, you will be shown the exit door!

Pros

Working on meaningless projects that won't affect the job anywhere negatively

Cons

Lack of growth, low compensation, people not willing to work for each other, lots of hot-headed German people that are too passive-aggressive and political to work with
