Pros

Company seems to be constantly growing , there's a lot of room for career, skills and personal development as well as being par of the evolution of the company. There's always something new to learn. You'll never get bored. Company's culture it's quite good, there's support from colleagues and management. Even working remotely you feel accompanied. Open management. Salary and benefits are competitive.

Cons

Products are very complex and dynamic. Mastering them takes long time, lots of patience and persistence . Workload it's considerably high.

- Amazing opportunity to learn multiple technologies. - Friendly & helpful colleagues always happy to assist. - Always learning! - Completely embracing "LEAN" from the top down. - Despite what some have said about losing "French DNA" there is still a very Gallic feel about the people.

Cons

- Start-up feel can scare those looking for a more structured environment. - Always learning! ( ;) )
