Pros
Very challenging company, very technical, interesting domains, very smart people, cool offices, huge market perspectives. The company is growing steadily, and opportunities are not to be missed. Each new employee has the opportunity to make a difference, which is not something you can easily find on bigger (and sometimes seen as cooler) companies.
Cons
Sometimes too much pressure, too much stress, and issues that all startups always face regarding growth, including management and organizational issues.
