Autonomy, good salary, brilliant colleagues, low level of internal political bottlenecks, remote policy Good internal communication Adequate number of employees (~<200)

Cons

High complexity topic - difficult in the beginning to fully understand the scope of the product. Workload a little too high for a 100% optimal level - especially when new priorities are jumping in. Working with California leads to late meeting for shared time slots.
