Pros
- On-Boarding via Sapling tool allows for an excellent preparation - Very friendly welcome by the own team and other staff in the Paris office - Quick integration in meetings, so you know what's going on - Invitation to the Paris headquarter for on-boarding and very good training for the job by a professional trainer, during the 1st week
Cons
- You can't hide, so you have go forward and openly communicate with others. If you don't intend to do that, your wrong here - You have to quickly adapt to the company's values and culture. If you don't like them, don't join them (they get thrown at you already during the hiring process) - They are usually way ahead of others, so you have to prepare for catching up quickly
