Great Product, Exceptional Culture

Pros

Scality is a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. Product is innovative and impressive. Culture is exciting.

Cons

If you're interested in a job where you work exactly 40 hours a week and are told what to do like a robot, this isn't the place for you. It takes a self-starter to succeed here, which isn't a con as long as you have the drive to perform at your best.

Pros

In the time I have been with Scality the culture actually manages to shine through. I cannot stress this enough, they actually try really hard to follow through on everything they preach and set up each of us for success. It's almost as if they know successful employees makes for a successful company, and their track record shows that to be the case.

Cons

As with any start up trying to succeed, there are bound to be growing pains and if you need a lot of structure to know how to do your job this may not be for you. However if you are willing to work through rough patches, know the leadership hears your input and wants to grow the right way not just their way.

Pros

The people / resources here at Scality are extremely smart. Scality has a great business plan to take them to the next level.

Cons

Have not really been here long enough to see anything negative. The hiring process was quite long but all other phases of the hiring process were great!
