Cons
- As with all small companies, there is a lot of work and a lot of hats to wear. But all employees are encouraged to work together to get the job done! I saw the review on here about the 3-hour interview and wanting to be PAID to interview. Most good companies have a series of interviews and SchoolAdmin chooses to have all of them in 1 long meeting. That way the candidate meets everyone in 1 meeting and then SchoolAdmin makes a decision at the conclusion of the meetings. I personally like this approach since you don't have to come back for another interview. It's all done at 1 time and a decision is made.
