Avoid This Company at All Cost

Pros

- Pay (Not all positions though.) - Benefits (Their 401(k) is solid, but they’ll beat you over the head with bragging how great it is.) - Employee Discount on Cheese

Cons

- Toxic, disconnected management (Both local & company-wide) - Little to no work/life balance - Treatment of once-loyal, hardworking employees One of the worst companies I’ve ever stepped foot in. You’ll learn quickly that they don’t practice what they preach as far as how they treat their employees, specifically at their plants. Most of the local management at their plants are incredibly shady types who will be sure to use all their power and influence to get rid of you if you’re not apart of their clique, or you stand up to them. So, watch your back, trust no one, and avoid all the gossip.

Pros

Good benefits, mostly friendly direct reports, interesting to work in a fast pace envirnment

Cons

Management will step on others to climb the professional ladder. Cut-throat environment. The various departments in weekly meetings just avoid blame instead of listening or offering transparent, honest reports. At the time of my employment there was little to no diversity in salary employees, but I have heard that this is changing. Direct reports, or people on the floor, can be extremely judgmental. This consists of blue collar workers who are smart but not the traditional, "book smart", and I believe each party (hourly vs. salary) unfairly judge each other due to different walks of life. Operations consists of a lot of micro-management. Definitely a CYA type of work culture

Pros

Maybe 5+ years ago it was a great place to work, now everyone is scared to death from day to day of making that 1 simple mistake that will cost you your job, shame on you management for making hard dedicated workers feel this way.

Cons

Where to begin, there are nothing but self satisfied, back stabbing, money hungry management running this company.. You are nothing to them but a disposable number to be discarded like yesterdays trash.
