Pros
The pay the main factor of why everyone stays. I love my job as in the job I do but as a company they completely suck
Cons
Mandatory overtime every week! The attendance policy is a joke! It's very strict and in order to check your attendance "percentage " you gotta solve a complex math equation! The turnover rate is unreal. They can't keep good help if they wanted to. They come up to you with less than 30 minutes left of your shift and tell you you have to stay and work 12 hours and if you don't then you will get an attendance it. They tell you one thing in your interview and then do a complete opposite once you start then when you bring it to their attention they act like they told you this in your interview when they really didnt.. management team and HR team doesn't know anything that's going on on the production floor. They're training program doesn't exist. They don't fully trained you for your position and expect you 2 be able to give them 100% when they're really shorthanded and have nobody in there working is when they decide to enforce their attendance policy and fire people and then they decide to do random drug testing which results in people being fired or suspended so then it just makes it to where or even more shorthanded. Every Body Works 12-hour shifts 6 days a week only time you can get two days off is if you requested off and use vacation time. All around it is the crappiest company I've ever worked for. I would not ever recommend my worst enemy to apply there. Not the place to work if you have a family and actually value spending time with them. Because they do not care at all about your home life
