      Pros

      Compensation package comparable to other organizations. Great if you are male since men make 30% more than women in the same positions.

      Cons

      Senior leadership retaliates against good loyal employees and strong performers based on gossip and hearsay instead of facts. Many of the VP's are not qualified and some have never even worked in the hotel industry. If you are considering a position here please look at the overwhelming amount of age, race and gender complaints and law suits. This company is proud of the consistent 99% turnover rate. If you are considering a leadership role in sales, be prepared to lie to ownership, inflate forecasts and withhold important information if you want to keep you job.

      LOL!! Nothing at all good about Schulte

      Cons

      Where should I start? Working through a pandemic at a pay cut? While other "customer service" jobs are getting more per hour, or a one time bonus, we get our pay cut. When Schulte took over our hotel, those of us who worked here for YEARS lost most of our PTO and got their crappy idea of what PTO is. Raise? What is that?? Ohhhh....... 2% cap. Right.
