I've been at ScienceLogic for just about a year and a half now. I previously worked for smaller companies, and love how even though we are mid-sized, we still have that small company feel. It makes me feel like my work has a direct impact on the company. I love the people I work with, we all genuinely enjoy working together, and the work that we do.

ScienceLogic is a great place to work! The people and the culture really make the business. Coming to work every day is a joy, and the people I get to be surrounded with, whether it be in my department or cross-functional, are a lot of fun. It is a hard-working organization unified by the desire to grow the business and succeed in the industry. The executives are open to change and innovation, and encourage employees to seek out opportunities for improvement and excellence. It's fun to be part of a "start-up" culture but an established organization. Added perks of casual dress, casual environment and provided snacks!
