Considering my job responsibilities, the salary was acceptable.

Cons

There was no sense of urgency or motivation to get things done, and it was often difficult to get the resources I needed to do my job. As a result, I was constantly feeling stressed and unsatisfied. My boss was also mean, disrespectful, and often hurtful. He would pick on me in front of other people and make me feel like I was never good enough. He was also inactive and didn't seem to care about my success.

Cons

• Sales-led company with primarily short term monetary objectives • Overselling services without ability to deliver • Long hours • Startup-culture in an old company • Establishing business units without any planning or foundation and pushing resulting problems to execution level staff.

I am sure I don't have positive thoughts about a workplace where the management fired me for no reason. No one would.

Cons

The leadership is awful. These terrible and arrogant people fire employees for no reason or justification. One day you have a decent job, and the next day you are wondering how to pay rent. It was a horrible experience. I hope no one has to go through such a thing. Please avoid!
