Terribly unreliable management, no job stability.

Pros

You can only rely on your co-workers, not your supervisors.

Cons

The management is terribly unreliable. The leadership is not firm in its decisions, and the managers keep making changes and conflicting decisions in the company. And since the management is unstable, there's also no job stability for the employees here. Beware! You may lose your job because of the unreliable leadership.

Pros

flexibility (hybrid work for office employees), pizza Thursdays, Bagel Mondays, work-life balance; awesome manager - actually interested in ME...challenging work and surrounded by really intelligent people. Culture is great..everyone seems to get along well.

Cons

while the work is challenging (which is good) it's a complicated product and you have to really be on the top of your game to understand "how it all fits together" and how your piece impacts teams upstream and downstream from you; like most places I've worked, communication could always be improved...the All Hands are great but long.

BEWARE of CRO

Pros

Pro's: CEO is a genuine nice guy and cares about the business he started. Pays well Flexible benefits

Cons

Horrible new CRO! Unfortunately the CEO has no input due to the new CRO (Todd McNabb) that has come in with the intent to sell the company. One of the most demoralizing and poorest leaders I have ever seen. Example: He conducts a funnel call each week with 6 vice presidents as well as 30 other people to listen-in. The call is 3.5 hours. More important than him wasting everyones time is the fact that he uses that as a platform to put each person down, cusses at them, and tries to get them to say "I don't know". Real piece of work. He has brought in all his Dell "buddies" and got rid of most of the talent who actually knew what was going on. Just beware that he will fire people as his mood changes. HORRIBLE LEADER.
