Had good run for first few years; enjoyed the learning and growing opportunities

Cons

too much pressure of generating revnue - product quality is often compromised. No work life balance for the compansation. And there is so much internal politics to grow higher after certain point

Pros

Good benefits typical of a large international company. Great offices, great showrooms, and potential for international travel. Good set of products and well placed within the market to succeed. Above average pay. Recruits employees from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Cons

Significant and recurring underlying problems on the technology side seemingly from multiple studios. Company has come very far very fast, leaving some senior staff in positions they cannot handle now its a large international company. Job security may be a question after several mergers/acquisions led to large rounds of redundancies in some divisions. Some studios not pulling their weight resulting in a complex blame-game. Tons of politics at all levels, even some stories of impropriety.
