Free shift drinks, tips, and sometimes flexible hours.

Cons

I worked for Freedom Enterprises so I am not sure what Corporate is like but I can tell you Freedom's upper management plays favorites, will fire you if they don't like, and are constantly causing drama. You are not guaranteed any days off even if you request well in advance, the schedule often changes during the week, negative environments with fear for upper management. This is the most stressfull place I have ever worked.

Cons

Favoritism, insincere upper management, ridiculously high expectations. Unprofessional ways of doing business with customers and employees. They will watch you fail with little to no input and fire you and replace you because “that’s how you run a successful business”, it’s never upper managements error, it’s lower management!
