Pros

My managers absolutely care about their employees and would fight for them if it came to it. I have the utmost respect for upper-management as well. They're all great people who love the company. The atmosphere at the home office is extremely positive. Our insurance is so cheap and we have a lot of benefits to choose from. And my favorite, we're starting to see cross-training in certain departments.

Cons

I don't have much to complain about. Scott Credit Union is the first time I've ever felt truly useful to a company. They've shown me that I have talents I didn't know I had.

I am sorry to hear of your less than favorable experience at Scott Credit Union. We recently changed our branch hours to reflect industry standards and are working on consistent scheduling for our part-time employees. As we expand into additional markets, policies and procedures will change which will result in additional training. Due to that, we are reviewing our training procedures to see where we can make improvements. Culture is extremely important to the credit union and we monitor it closely to adjust when needed.
