      Pros

      Beautiful landscaping, Christmas parties are fun

      Cons

      Boys club. Very few raises are given. Commission and bonuses are a joke. Not rewarded for hard work. Departments don’t talk to each other.

      Pros

      Finally allowed *some* departments to work remotely full time. Raises are a standard 3% but if you do well and insist on more, you can often get it, especially now when companies are scrambling for employees.

      Cons

      Promotions rarely occur anytime other than annual review time, meaning your annual raise + salary increase for promotion is lumped into one, possibly resulting in less of an increase.

      Pros

      Can't really think of any unless you're too cheap to get a gym membership or like looking at flowers that were purchased instead of giving you a bonus.

      Cons

      Great place to work if you like not really knowing who you report to, and love antiquated technology. Either you're in or your out. Most high level employees have been there forever and are treated like gold. I guarantee at least 75% of employees above manager don't have anything on their resume above 1998. This is perceived as great by the powers that be, but basically means there has been no technological growth. It's staggering how behind the times the place is. I'm not even sure how they think they're a tech company. Outside ideas are strongly discouraged and will be met with "That's not the ScriptPro way". Great at making robots, but not really anything else. The software looks to be Windows 95 at best. CEO is amazing and has vision but it's not supported.
