      Texting friends and angry Birds helps the day go by

      Pros

      People are really nice. You can't use their internet for personal use but they do allow texting friends, playing games and web surfing on your cell phone while you work. That helps the day go by fast.

      Cons

      The 401k plan isn't good so it's highly recommended that you find an alternative retirement plan.

      Pros

      people were great to work with most of the time, the staff that maintains the cleaniness of the building is great, the free gym was great of the company is great the free gym is great

      Cons

      favoritism, low raises, horrible 401 k, for most advancement takes longer than three years due to cliquish environment, people would leave the company in order to apply for a job in a different department or division because management will not allow the person to interview for jobs in other divisions because they do not want to lose the head count.
