Pros

USED to be a good place to work.

Cons

Instead of hiring more employees for understaffed departments, they hire more executives and managers who then micromanage seasoned employees. No autonomy.

People (most), Remote work Family Run

Cons

The departments are like different nations - all run separately and kept apart, plus the rules are different for each department. I can only speak to one department and it really needs to be revamped. Everything is busy and a person isn't given enough time to properly and fully work at their best.

Pros

ScriptPro products have stood the test of time, are well supported, increase patient safety & staff efficiency. You can feel good about the product you’re selling and the company you work for. Family owned and run. Not at the mercy of shareholders. Management strives to do the right thing for customers and employees. No micromanagement. A great company to work for.

Cons

The company doesn’t seem to believe in raises for the sales team, even though we recently experienced 8% inflation, and the cost of everything went up.
