Pros

Managers work very hard to work with employees in the most understanding way I have ever seen. You are able to learn new skills, move up in the company, and gain exposure and experience within the company and community.

Cons

Reviews are occasionally delayed. Merit raises are not even close to cost of living increases. Recognized Holidays are few. PTO accruals for hourly employees are small.

Pros

It’s easy to blend in and make suggestions because of the benighted owners/most of the management.

Cons

After working there over 17 yrs. I was enlightened to the true story of how this company came to be. This is not the owners invention or his hard work that made this company. All of the pioneers of this company have been terminated. Mike is a smart CPA and knew the proper channels.

I feel my direct manager really cares about me as a person.

Cons

I don't feel there is a consistent direction for the company. And I feel the product owners are too scared of upper management to be honest with them. Or they are just worried about looking good and not what is best for the company.
