Respectable pay Variety of shifts (depending on role) Growth opportunity Travel opportunity (depending on role) Decent benefits (401k is subpar, in my opinion) Lots of community-based events HR and C-level team do seem to care about employee morale and safety

Cons

My biggest con was being micromanaged extensively, but this may not be normal I felt singled out by management and leadership on my team

Great Company To Work for

Company has a great environment for learning if you are self motivated. Company has a culture built around productive problem solving. Great deal of support for escalations as long as you did your part.

Cons

Sometimes harsh if you do not put in sufficient effort. Can be stressful if you do not manage this environment well.
