      Pros

      They have health ins. for you not great but not bad. They have a big horse ranch for the annual company party and lots of activies for the children and tons of free beer and wine with BBQ. Yoga Yoga Yoga lots of oppertunity to learn yoga. Yea!!! Mr. Coughlin invented aerial yoga and will teach it to you.

      Cons

      It is a family oriented company! If you are in the family that is. Everything there is run hap hazzard by the seat of your pants. Very stressful every day wondering if it will be your last.

      Pros

      Challenging work and fast paced work environment with great instruction on how to perform your duties. Many of the managers are outstanding. They have a state of the art 24 hour fitness center for the staff and their family members to use. I really miss the fitness center :(

      Cons

      Always under the gun to meet quarterly goals. Company has been downsizing recently.

      Strong interdependent community, excellent customer service (98% satisfaction), challenging, ever changing, caring leadership (at least in Customer Service), energetic, never bored, strong family feel.

      Cons

      High Demand of excellence and time, stressful, ever changing, still growing, last minute changes with not enough adequate planning
