Pros

You'll gain experience in a high pressure working environment. There's also a Christmas Party and a Farm Party.

Cons

The Health Insurance is horrible and the employee’s pay most of the premium at $800 a month (far above industry standard). Layoff’s and sudden departmental cutbacks/terminations are common place. There isn’t a day that goes by where you aren’t afraid of losing your job (upper management seems to like it that way). The salaries are below industry standard when you consider what they require from their employees. Most of the VP’s are family members of the owner and none of them are qualified to run a company of this size. ScriptPro has clearly outgrown the capacity of its leadership. It has a good product but for the sake of the employees it should be sold to a real corporation with a board of directors and real executives. The best employees are leaving in droves because they see the writing on the wall. This company spins it's wheels on ridiculous pet projects and when they don't work out it's the employees who pay the price.

Pros

Farm party is great. Christmas party is fun. Three weeks vacation from day zero is excellent. Salary was good for the postion.

Cons

Overtime is expected or you are out the door. Company cared only about their customers and not nearly enough about their employees.
