Fast paced environment with steep learning curve. We run a lean and management depends too much on employees to think outside the box and come up with solutions on the fly. Feels like we’re moving too fast sometimes(i.e. we’re changing the tires while the car is moving because we don’t have time to pull the car over).

The 5 days off are pretty cool, but I can see how some might get burnt out. -If you've never had a technician job before, like me, the learning curve on the administrative side can be a bit rough. Once you get the hang of it, its smoother sailing. -The amount of information to know about the products can seem exhausting. -I don't think stock in the company is available for purchase.

New management secretly interviewed for 2 positions, fired previous people, and then replacement them. I put in my 2 weeks. Was walked early and they refused to pay me for my time and denied my unemployment claim for being walked early. The company is too small to have any upward mobility. They prefer outside hires to internal promotion. If you've been with a company that promotes, you'll find the culture stifling and stagnant.

Left hand does not Know what the Right hand is doing. The Owners don't know their Company has Cancer in the Feet . I must start by Congratulating the owner with all the effort put in to create what is suppose to be a great company. Unfortunately, the people at the bottom do some very insane things he is not aware of. You will not advance to upper grades if you do not know anybody. I remember one of the female managers in Robotics department told me "She does not understand why black people get hire" Few weeks later she fired me when I shared things she said to a black male who worked with me. A lot of people did leave the Robotics customer service department because of her. To me it is like a gang mob she ran inside that department. If she does not like your head, believe it or not your days are numbered. These are things the owner does not know and will never be aware of. I am glad I left the company because I was not able to support the kind of injustice that goes there. We had couple black folks there, whom they needed because they all speak French and helped us a lot with Canadian customers. I will not recommend a black person to apply there, he will spend years there as level 1

Extensive travel and time away from home, there are not too many cons. This company gives you all the tools to be successful and failure is on you as the employee. Lower pay rates can be remedied with mileage and other perks.

The people particularly management. Seems management has no idea what is really going on. Praises low performers even when the numbers show they are low performers. Basically they love the brownnosers. Management claims to be there for you but when you go to ask for help they get annoyed and instead of answering questions act indignant due to you not being able to find information on their poor knowledge base. Management doesn't act like they want to manage. Seem to only want the title and money but none of the extra work. Management prefers to blame their teams rather than do their jobs.
