      Lots of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Terrible management and extreme micromanagement is rampant. Hours are insane if you're management.

      Pros

      Checks come out on average of 900-1100 per week depending if we work Saturdays or not. Room for advancement if you are assertive or have tenure combined with good attendance and hard work. Management is nice and seems as though most of them have worked hard to get to their position so they understand what its like on the production line.

      Cons

      Repetitive work. Not much in the room for scenery. A majority of the production employees are lazy and not team players. It is difficult to get of the line at times, (i.e. restroom break, health services, etc.) At times upper management is not on the same page.
