      Great people, poor management

      Pros

      Great employees and nice work environment. Busy, hard work, but fairly compensated and decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Lack of trust by management at all levels, resulting in micromanagement and poor, uninformed decision-making (leading to poor results and more bad decisions, less trust, etc, etc)

      Pros

      If you are lucky enough to report to one of the good managers, then the job can be enjoyable. Decent salaries for some folks.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for growth. Company always acts like it is on the verge of bankruptcy. No celebrations. Constant environment of knowing that another layoff is just around the corner. Very few good managers. HDHP option only for healthcare.
