      Pros

      They will use you to get what they need and then terminate with no reason. They use the excuse of executive management decision. The CEO doesn’t actually care about his employees, it’s a web of lies. I was always positive and hit every metric given to me. Open promises and they take pay. They restructure to make you spend more on 401k and company contributes less. They truly don’t care

      Cons

      Toxic workplace from expectations to unrealistic goals. Change in bonus to hide deficit to investors. They change 401k to hurt employees, hours agreed to work are 9am to 5pm but expect meetings at 8:30 every day.

      Dont waste your time

      Pros

      Work from home is pretty cool

      Cons

      They are a pretty weird company. The team I worked with was pretty great but everything else is pretty bad. The benefits suck they very expensive given they are a startup. The pay is terrible. They are watching you like a hawk and like other post here said they will fire if you your not on your computer 24/7.They also make you pay for the laptop even if they fire you. And the kicker is that the laptop won't even work. So you are out 900 bucks from your last pay check and a giant paper weight.

      Pros

      If you have a good manager then you're lucky. If you want to grow and you have a supportive manager then you can grow and get promoted very quickly.

      Cons

      Most managers micromanage. They say that it is fully remote and you have flexibility but in reality you are tied to your computer and phone all day which is honestly worse than being forced to go into an office. Unless you are in Sales, you will be underpaid for the position that you are hired for. For the 'anonymous company review' I was specifically asked about my feedback so they are not anonymous.
