Pros

Hard to say there are any pros outside of the fact that the training is decent. You are constantly on the phone. In a world where most companies are taking more of a modern approach with more of the social media tactics ie: LinkedIn, Emails etc Seamless has continued to stay true to what I believe will always be the top dog in B2B sales which is cold calling.

Cons

There are a ton but just a few that stood out as red flags. They claimed in the hiring process that you will be a salaried employee which is not the case as they use a virtual time clock to track hours and pay overtime. you are constantly micro managed. The biggest kick is they are remote and make you buy your own equipment out of pocket.

Will get fired if missing quota even if you're fairly new, but that is SDR life Only responsibility is to cold call

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We genuinely regret to learn that your time at Seamless.AI wasn't as positive as we aim for it to be. The SDR role is a performance-based position, and cold-calling is part of the job. We aim to be fully transparent on job responsibilities during the interview process, so nothing comes as a surprise in terms of what the day-to-day looks like for each role. We are committed to fostering a culture of success at Seamless.AI. Your feedback is crucial to our improvement process, and will be carefully considered as we work towards making meaningful changes for the future. Fortunately, we do have a lot of happy employees at Seamless.AI. Thank you for leaving a review. We're saddened to hear you had a negative experience at Seamless.AI, and wish we would have known you felt this way while you were still here so we could have had the opportunity to improve your experience. Our leadership team is dedicated to providing a positive work environment to all employees where there is ample opportunity for professional growth and development. We certainly don't want employees to be "yes men/women." In fact, we want our teammates to Think Bigger, Find Solutions and Challenge Everything, which is why we actively seek employee feedback throughout the year using anonymous surveys. We know there is always an opportunity to improve and grow, and we lean on our amazing employees to help us identify where changes can be made. Your voice matters at Seamless.AI!
