Pros

Data is okay, that's really it.

Cons

-Unrealistic Quota, Only sales directors hit the quota because they get laydowns from the inbound team which are not shared with anyone else. Meanwhile we're all held to the same standard (seems fair) -Leadership, will screw you any chance they get and have no idea what they're doing. -Comp, the bottom of the barrel, base pay is terrible, and sales are in the dumps, so you'll be lucky to make a decent living. -Work Environment, you are encouraged to voice your opinion but when you do so you are documented for having a poor mindset and reprimanded by leadership. You'll also most likely get threatened with termination which is great. -Meeting quality, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, if the person shows you better sell them because DQ'ing a meeting is almost nonexistent. You are expected to create a "use case" out of thin air even if the prospect has no sales or marketing process. -CEO, has no idea what is happening to his company on the ground level and doesn't really care as long as money is flowing. Google his name and you'll find some really interesting legal issues he's going through that sums up this entire review and his true intentions.

Thank you for sharing your perspective on your experience at Seamless.AI. We're saddened to hear that it didn't meet your expectations. Our leaders truly care about the success and well-being of every employee. Leaders meet with their employees for regular 1:1s and performance reviews as a way to give and receive feedback, so employees know where they stand and what their performance goals are. Leadership is always looking for ways to make Seamless.AI a better place to work, which is why there are many channels for employees to provide feedback throughout the year. Any decision that's made is not made randomly - the leadership team makes decisions based on what's best for the company and its employees. However, we know there is always opportunity for improvement and we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. The good news is, we have a lot of really happy teammates: Employee Wall of Love: https://testimonial.to/employeesuccess/all

Pros

fully remote, training group can be fun

Cons

Where do I even start.....this is more like a telemarketing position. You're making 500-700 dials a day on a dialer filled with incorrect phone numbers that lead you to the wrong person, or most of the time just a voicemail. They micromanage you like crazy and have insane quota expectations. They will tell you that you are doing fine if you are below quota, but what they don't tell you is that you will be fired for not being at 100% quota. I was 1 meeting away from my quota and was let go that same day. They instantly shut down my equipment and accounts. What kind of business does this to new hires? People who are learning? Not everyone can exceed quota by 200% in their first month, some of us need ramp-up time to succeed. Oh well, this company doesn't care about their employees (especially SDR's who they will replace every month or so). They mass hire SDR's on a weekly basis, which is a huge red flag. The "bro culture" is weird and the company is FULL of 22 year old's who have no experience, mixed with middle-aged managers who wish to be young again. STAY AWAY for your own good.

Pros

Nothing worth mentioning/ be prepared

Cons

I left a pretty honest review on December 26. I recommended the SDR program be revamped. I was disappointed on LinkedIn to see that they are hiring 50 new SDR’s. This appears to be a pretty vicious cycle. I was one of the 50 SDRs hired last summer and only a small handful remains. Hiring 50 fresh out of college students every summer, forcing them to pay for their own computer and not supporting them. It’s disappointing. I see that this vicious cycle continues. If you were thinking about joining this company, please ask them why they’re hiring 50 SDRs and the answer is not for growth. Ask them what happened to the 50 SDR’s they hired last summer and why they were not supported and are no longer working for this company. I recommend only taking this job if it’s a last resort.
