Pros

-Made some great friends working here (most of them have moved on to better opportunities -You have the ability to move to different departments (you have to put in your time as an SDR first, usually, and sometimes they just move you if they feel you're underperforming) -Diversity at this company is a joke, and they won't be changing any time soon

Cons

-Very much churn and burn, and most people burn out within the first few months. -They treat Talent Sourcers like SDRs and expect them to make hundreds of dials a day on very poorly put together lists (seems counter intuitive to a data provider) -Be sure to have another job lined up if you put in your two weeks as they will let you go on the spot, sometimes without an exit interview. -They track your every movement on your laptop with spyware they have installed. I took a couple days off and came back to drama about me responding to a recruiter on LinkedIn. -Compensation is laughable at best - and they push their Sourcers to explicitly lie to candidates (IE you can hit 100K in OTE as an SDR, which is completely false) -Benefits are a joke, barely any PTO, especially for how much work you put in. -Leadership does NOT have your best interests at heart. Once you aren't useful to them, they'll throw aside and eventually phase you out of the company. -Pushes their employees to leave good reviews for the company and for the CEO's books, and will pester you until you do. -Look at the average tenure of employees, either they've been working their for a couple months or have been employed since the beginning. Even now some of the people who have worked their for a long time are leaving because it's so toxic.

Pros

The team and immediate management is fantastic.

Cons

This is single-handedly the most toxic company and culture I have ever had the displeasure of working for in my life. CSM books are changed at MINIMUM once a month. If your book was mishandled by a previous CSM, you will be put on a PIP for THEIR performance. A majority of the CSMs on the team did not receive a Q2 bonus due to data issues, bad sales, and constant account-switching. When we found out we were not getting bonuses, the CEO got on our team meeting and called us losers to our faces and told us to stop drinking (?) Pay is INSANELY low for the amount of work that's expected. Instead of focusing on nurturing our accounts and building relationships, we are expected to be calling our current book in an attempt to upsell them. This is 100% a sales job but management refuses to inform us of that. Upper management refuses to take accountability and look in the mirror as to why no one wants to work for, or with Seamless.AI. They will blame EVERYONE but themselves. CEO is more concerned with begging for positive reviews of his book on Amazon and creating his next "viral" LinkedIn post so he can brag about his cars and multiple houses while his employees are putting groceries on credit. For the sake of your mental health and sanity, DO NOT WORK AT THIS COMPANY.

Pros

Lead flow, lots of at bats for early AEs to get some reps under their belt. Some helpful middle mgmt(directors).

Cons

Very much a boiler room type of sales org, and they are proud of it. Certainly not for everyone. There is a bit of an inner circle aspect to seamless where they protect the older reps with the best leads. Yet everyone, even directors, all have the exact same quota? Constantly have promotions and incentives dangled in front of you, to never materialize. Constant pressure top down for numbers, same thing over and over again. Sell anyone and everyone. Ramp time for reps is really a ambiguous thing that seems to play into how much they like you. Saw plenty of skilled reps canned after 6-8 weeks of just starting with Seamless. Pretty sad when people make a large life choice like that and simply only given a 6-8 weeks of consideration. This is peoples livelihoods. Also, equity, always promised and never comes. Whole thing felt a bit of a bait n switch.
