Pros
The ability to work remote. For engineers, I have heard a few times, if you enjoy maintaining legacy software and not build new features/software this is the best place
Cons
No good leadership (no clear direction, nor decisions being made) People are not valued properly, it's all about how much you can suck up to the new leadership now. Bought by PSG and they kicked out 1 full team (your job won't be safe, people got kicked out after just a few months) Promises are not being kept. if you need something, even if it's written or on paper, it is not being honored. Managers are friendly but don't know what direction to go. No benefits (they propose education budget, which is impossible to get). New Leadership is shady, the new CTO is only talking about a new 'ESB', while we doubt he has understanding of what impact it would have. CEO is not present, Product has no clear goal. Quite a few people got burned out at this job, so be careful for your health if you work here! The work is boring Conclusion: Avoid if you can. At first the curtain might hide the cons, but they will start to hit you fast!
