- Strong community from middle management layer to individual teams, members - New expertise injected in leadership team - Investment to scale into bigger future and appetite to take on some big projects/changes to get to the next level

Cons

- SLT is quiet and doesn't address the organization on the whole - Recent layoffs could have been managed better to help remaining team members - Departments struggle to co-operate sometimes

Pros

mostly decent people, reasonable autonomy, unlimited vacation product is okay, technology is dated in a bunch of places but seems to work openness to failure (and other values) is good, work life balance is decent CEO is anti bureaucracy

Cons

no bonus or stock options, benefits are meh there isn’t a very high bar. Being around for a long time means you get a bit of a free pass for attitude CEO can brush off your thoughts when he doesn’t agree with you, company has minimal diversity at leadership level
