I've been at SearchSpring for roughly 4 months and we were recently bought by ScaleWorks, who is pushing growth of the company, and investment in people which is so rare for an acquisition - We're hiring - so look us up. Sales is crushing it and people are motivated to make a difference in our space. I'm super excited to see what we can do.

Cons

Some people churn at the acquisition. A large, amazing, product, that needs more developers - did I mention we are hiring?

Pros

Culture promotes learning together and embracing failure. People care about one another and create environments that facilitate collaboration and growth. As a 4 month co-op, I wasn't under-valued in any way nor swept into a corner; everyone was humble and encouraging. I was given ample opportunity to grow technically and interpersonally.

Cons

No major complaints, but occasionally have seen that there is some positive reception to working overtime. Engineering team could use a few more people to continue developing and maintaining a promising product!
