Great staff! Excellent coworkers. Competitive Salary. Room for advancement. Clinical and advanced education opportunities available. Affordable health care. Management listens and cares. Proud to be an employee.

Cons

Parking! Not able to park on campus unless have been employed for many years. Except for new wing, somewhat old-appearing scenery.

Great sense of purpose, good working environment great people.

Cons

Upper management continues to implement additional administrative tasks that slows actual day to day progress. There are growing pains as the research institute resolves best practices that are different than the hospital management system.
