Pros

Roof is great for hanging out Easy to make friends in the building Gym on the top floor

Cons

The "events" are super lame, massive room fully lit with no alcohol, usually awkward. Fred Hutch does it better. Sketchy managers from the IT department, just get a bad feeling from them. They seem corrupt or something. And the president of the institute does not at all seem kind or down to earth.
