Pros

Commute bonus/bus pass is paid for; insurance benefits are excellent.

Cons

Incompetent leadership spanning from middle management to upper management; fear-based work culture; promoted organizational "values" are not modeled; retaliation is common and ignored by HR. Organization does not place enough focus on employee retainment and frequently loses staff. Working from home is allowed among some employees but not others, and staff among the same team are held to different standards.

Pros

Great coworkers, very knowledgeable. Excellent place to work, and they are helping make the city a better place.

Cons

Management team does not understand the existing systems. Teams are so badly in silos that multiple teams are using different versions of network monitoring software. Some coworkers are just there to collect paychecks, and management is not able to remove these characters.

Pros

Nice new downtown office building, parking available for $12/day if needed, the view from the rooftop deck

Cons

Unpredictable management, little to no on the job training, disconnection with the clinic as research staff, very poor communication
