Micromanagement. They don't trust their employees. They do not value employees opinions. They claim to have an open door policy, but once you use it, be prepared to be fired or laid off. Once you do not up hold their "agenda" you will find yourself out of work. Nepotism like crazy! Company politics is ridiculous. Simply do yourself a favor, do not work here, and do not store here. They will do the barely minimum to protect your stuff, if they do anything at all. From experience, it's a joke!

This job was the most depressing jobs of my life there was rarely any communications with your company workers and although the title might seem great for your resume I'll say that's all it is many people have came and left more people left then we could have afford which lead us to working 6 days a week at one point it also seemed like they didn't care as they were just buying more stores I honestly didn't want to leave my position because I had a great respect for my area manager but once I found out she was changing positions I knew that I was trying to find a reason to stay at a job that literally gave me suicidal tendencies I've been put in a position where I was left in an office for 9 hours straight without the ability to talk to many people if you honestly want to go through that then this job is for you
