-The whole place is ran by white men and so is the culture. The lack of diversity is actually sad. Hope you like staring at pretty women in the parking lot and talking about golf. -The pay sucks. They tell you it’s $15/hr in your interview when it’s actually $14/hr. Oh, and if you miss 40 hours in a week, they drop you to $12/hr and call it “the attendance bonus.” Like nah, that’s a penalty. -They praise the people who have been here forever with hot leads and more money. Then, they wonder why they have such a high employee turnover. You don’t take care of the new people?
