      Coworkers are great, very helpful, energetic and somewhat positive. Management tries.

      Cons

      Minimum wage pay No raises The owner is a creep Hr is a joke and only there to protect the company and not the employees If you have one bad month with low sales, leads, installs, ect. You’ll be fired. Does not matter how loyal or how good you’ve proven yourself to be. Cold calling, even though they say it isn’t. Lots of promises no end result, except for maybe a fun pizza party! Dangerous location

      Pros

      The atmosphere at S24 is unlike any I've ever experienced before. It's a very fun workplace and every one here is very friendly and supportive even towards personal matters outside of work. I also love that you get out of this job what you put into it. The more energy and effort you invest, the more the job reflects that

      Cons

      The housing market fluctuates so at times it can be very tough to hit your goals. It definitely takes a lot of dedication which can sometimes be tough when you have a lot going on outside of work. Things in office can change pretty fast so at times you do have to adapt quickly
