Very political company you can advance based on your popularity with the upper management. Can be a good environment but it highly depends on your management. Lots of favoritism with a high turnover rate.

The CEO and overall company perspective showed they cared about the employees from the benefits and quarterly meetings from CEO and other Sr Execs.

Cons

Something was lost along the way in Colorado by Sr VP's that came from Texas. Tried to force a sales culture on managers, but we weren't allowed to give individual goals to employees to hold them accountable and had to pretend we didn't have a sales culture. The caring about employees from Execs wasnt as present in Colorado branches.
