Security Service is a great company to work for! They truly value their employees and give multiple perks for being their. The benefits were great and the meetings were a lot of fun. They were always willing to work with my schedule and I truly felt like the management cared about me.

Cons

The con of working with SSFCU is that you can be promoted with a change in job salary and title but still be working the same job duties as your first day. It never truly feels like a promotion. It is also very difficult for the Assistant Managers to promote.. Once you become an Assistant Manager you're basically stuck.
