Pros

Upper management seems to really care about the little guys. Big emphasis on communication. Good training programs.

Cons

Highly competitive environment, high expectations, constant changes, I found it hard to keep up. Micromanagement was kind of an issue but it was getting better when I left.

Pros

Excellent group benefits including affordable health plans with great coverage, free gym membership, opportunity to work overtime at their call center (if desired), 401k match at 3% if you elect 6%, and annual bonus into 401k (6.5% of annual pay in 2015)

Cons

People tend to stay for awhile, so career advancement- depending on what area of the credit union you work in.
