Pros

Good pay. Decent benefits. 2 out of 3 good managers.

Cons

You would think we would have a better choices for health insurance, but it's just as bad as everyone else's. No work/life balance. 10 hours a day on average to just barely keep up. The usual greed when it comes to hiring more people. Dave North is full of poop. My direct supervisor is utterly incompetent.

Pros

Salary, PTO, ability to work from home, and coworkers are fantastic.

Cons

The workload is beyond unrealistic, particularly when there's no administrative support. When you're talking about 5+ jurisdictions and 10+ accounts, the 37.5 hour week is more like 55-60 hours weekly, and even then it's just not possible to keep your desk caught up.
