Pros

Pay/PTO now good. Work at home. Manageable workload.

Cons

Nothing you do; no amount of experience you have is going to mean anything. Focus is solely on making sure the numbers look good whether they are actually indicative of quality or not. This is true at any level. Doing the right thing for the sake of doing the right thing is not a thing. Bonuses/raises are next to nothing (and have been for many many many years). Competence is rewarded with more work. Incompetence is rewarded with a promotion and ability to blunder through work that will eventually have to be done by someone that is actually competent. A lot of corporate platitudes, but there should be no expectation of loyalty (unless related to IA-based chairman) - employs receive no profit sharing or sense that they actually matter beyond being a chair-filler. Very low starting wages and even less training/education completed by people that were trained by people whole were trained by people who also were not trained.

Pros

Ability to work from home

Cons

New hires are brought in above what seasoned employees are paid. Season employees were not given raises this year. They were told 1 day prior to the increase and they used the Pandemic as the excuse when budgets had already been approved months prior. They are not consistent in the quality evaluations you are given and forget "life happening" your are penalized if you miss more then 4 days without a 2 week advance notice in a 12 month period. So hope your a healthy person and have no family issues.

Pros

Growing company with strong strategic focus and leadership. The "Caring Counts" culture is real and encouraged. Loving it!

Cons

IT enhancements can be a bit slow. Understandable with the consistent acquisitions and integrations, but is an area of needed improvement.
