Good Commission Structure, Good local Co-Workers, and Great Income possibilities

Cons

Incompetent upper leadership that fell into their positions due to a merger/takeover. Leadership is trying to run a larger company than they have the experience or leadership capabilities to lead.

Able to work remote and not go on office regularly. Decent benefits

Cons

Depending on area, like Finance, heavy churn and poorly trained management, if any. Lots of senior and middle manager churn all over company.
