Pros

Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Insurance, Paid Time Off (its not a lot), Flexible schedule to some extent.

Cons

Compensation is mediocre at best, every field role is overworked to the breaking point, Company just removed the ability to award coworkers for their assistance (it was $5 a month, come on.), Expect your yearly raise to be below 2%, A lot of people who make decisions about projects are incompetent enough in their roles that I wouldn't let them watch my dog for a few hours, yet alone run a project. If you take time off you will pay for it since the whole field ops team is a skeleton crew at best.
