Many mergers, not so competitive pay

The culture was good, and easy going for the most part pre- mergers.

Cons

It takes forever to get things done, not everyone replies and you have to constantly follow up on tasks.

Cons

Lots of Driving, which wears you down after a while, somewhat corporate atmosphere, unless you're on the previous UPN side.
