Pros

Enjoyed working with the patients during their rehabilitation

Cons

Poor management within the clinic, poor upper management within my region. They pile more work on you without any offer to assist. False promises. Management is too worried about the numbers game and getting the patients "in and out" instead of providing quality care. Upper management was not professional, constantly talking down to employees and patients.

It is the only company that contracts Athletic Trainers in Las Vegas, NV. Option of working salaried or hourly.

Cons

The pay is less than average pay for Athletic Trainers. Management is overbearing and very concerned with referrals from high schools. Not much opportunity for increase in pay or position.
