By providing solid life insurance solutions, you are a conduit for your clients to achieve financial stability and security for their families and loved ones in that time of need. Believe it and it will be true - and you will succeed! As with any sales advisor role, the income potential is what you put into it and your meaningful discussions should convert at roughly 20% with your solid tele-sales acumen being pivotal in this role.

Cons

Being successful requires consistently focusing on your workstation and inbound/outbound calls; multitasking personal life with work will not yield the desired results.

I believe those who might complain about a remote atmosphere likely just lack the ability to interact in virtual environments. There are plenty of meetings and groups for socializing if anyone wishes to join them.

Pros

Started when the LHA dept was first created and I made great money. Amazing coworkers, small team, managers were chill and ran competitions for extra money! But that lasted maybe a year until Covid hit.

Cons

Once the company went public after Covid they continuously started changing commission structure resulting in less and less payout. They hired more workers and paid which means less payouts. They pulled leads from the worst vendors and pressured you to sell policies to people who only hat prepaid cards and $700 disability income
