      Great Training. WFH. Equipment provided. It’s a grind!

      Pros

      Great learning platform for anyone that is new to the Medicare world. Your licensing expenses are reimbursed. Work from home. Pay is so-so if you’re ethical with seniors.

      Cons

      Telemarketing. Customer are funneled through ads they saw on their phone promising all kinds of goodies like grocery cards, etc. Seniors calling in do not realize that we will talk to them about updating or changing their current health plan. You will get many no’s but, the goal is to sift through many calls in order to get the few that you would actually make a positive impact for them. It’s a grind and draining as the customers can be challenging (slow, lots of repeating). Must have loads of patience.
